Please note that custom orders and monogrammed items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Prepaid Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original luxury packaging and shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
